Day 19 – Remembrance Month ‘Fallen Comrade’ Dr. Samuel Gore
Day 19 - Remembrance Month 'Fallen Comrade' Dr. Samuel Gore A while back I was on a trip down in the Southern United States. Along the way I had a bit of trouble with my trailer. One of the people I met, when he stopped to help me, was Sam Gore - he is a world renowned artist, known for his sculptures. I had pulled in to the Clinton Visitor Centre to wait for help. He was there looking over the grounds for his new sculpture - it was being delivered the following day...had to stop back the next day

The division served from October 1915 on Western Front as a formation of the British Army during the Great War. The division's insignia was the Red Hand of Ulster.
